Emma Errig is the owner of Emma Errig Veterans Advocacy LLC, established in February 2026 to represent veterans in veterans disability claims and Disability Compensation Appeals. As a VA accredited claims agent, Emma is authorized by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs to assist veterans in navigating the claims and appeals process — a role she approaches with both professionalism and deep personal commitment.
Before launching her practice, Emma gained nearly two years of hands-on experience at a veterans disability law firm, where she worked closely with attorneys and veterans on VA claims and appeals. She helped develop cases, review rating decisions, organize medical and service records, and communicate directly with clients throughout every stage of the process. That experience gave her a detailed understanding of how claims are evaluated — and, just as importantly, how often veterans feel overwhelmed or unheard.
Working one-on-one with veterans solidified Emma’s passion for this field. She has seen firsthand how much these benefits matter — not just financially, but for stability, dignity, and peace of mind. Her approach is rooted in clear communication, careful case development, and genuine compassion for the people she serves.
Emma holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication from the University of South Florida. She believes that effective advocacy starts with listening, and she is committed to ensuring every client understands their options and feels supported from start to finish.
Through her practice, Emma’s mission is simple: to stand beside veterans, simplify a complex system, and advocate wholeheartedly for the benefits they have earned through their service.
